Call for papers in PDFParticipants are invited to submit an abstract concerning one or more of the subject areas of the conference (see Main Page) before the deadline for abstract submissions. The abstract should be submitted as a plain text (without references and formulas) to EasyChairEasyChair submission system. The abstract should have 10-15 lines.
After the acceptance of the abstract (authors will be informed by email from easychair system), AUTHORS ARE INVITED TO SUBMIT PAPERS OF 6-10 PAGES IN LENGTH INCLUDING RESULTS, FIGURES AND REFERENCES. It is necessary to write paper according to the instructions.
After review process (2 referees for each paper) evaluation and authors' decision, accepted papers' abstracts will be published in a book of abstracts. Authors of accepted papers will decide if their papers will be published in a conference proceeding that will be submitted to the Thomson Reuters' Social Sciences Citation Index (Web of Science) or will be sent to the special or regular issues of our partners' journals. Publication in both in the proceedings and in the partners' journal is not possible due to originality. If authors decide their accepted papers to be sent to the partners' journal, we can not guarantee their publishing. They must undergo another review process in the journal. However, we will ensure screening of suitable journal opportunities and negotiate fast review process after agreeing with authors.
